a low morning fog
rolling up and over hills
the thin blanket cools

trickling water streams,
whispering wind, mighty trees
protectors of beauty.

love is a fairy-tale,
full of magic and laughter,
true happy endings.

eyes like crystal pools,
light on a cold stormy night,
dark on the inside.

As the crisp air fades
dew gently slips from your face,
and we know - Spring's here

As pure as spring's first blossoms
